Information You Submit
Names Entered in Search
A name, location, or other detail entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Barren County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Emails and Contact Messages
Information sent by email or through a contact form is retained as needed to review the message and provide a response. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Some advertising providers may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select interest-based advertising. That tracking occurs on the providers' systems rather than systems controlled by this site.
